Farmers' Collective provides premium, local and sustainably grown farm products year-round to chefs and wholesale customers throughout the Triangle. 

Our weekly availability menu features a diverse selection of seasonal specialty salad greens, leafy greens, vegetables, roots, fruits, mushrooms, herbs and year-round staples, including butterhead and baby-leaf lettuces, microgreens, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs, milk and more.  We work hard to provide valuable information about our farms and their products.  To assist with menu marketability and farm recognition, farm-sources for each product are clearly identified on your invoice.  Our sales team can help establish standing orders (providing a discount) for your regular menu items and assist with seasonal menu features.
